Do you offer delivery?
At this time, we offer limited delivery to Whitby (including Brooklin & Ashburn) & Oshawa Tuesday – Friday mid day. Delivery fees are calculated after order is received.
What are the delivery terms?
All deliveries are contactless. Your purchase will be dropped on the porch/ doorstep of the recipient, we will ring/ knock and leave. The purchaser is responsible for ensuring the recipient is home to accept their package. Contents of the order are perishable and cannot be left out in the elements for any period of time. Olive & Brie does not enter any facility that requires elevator use- purchaser must ensure that recipient can meet Olive & Brie’s courier at the main door of the building for delivery. Deliveries cannot be rescheduled.
Orders must be cancelled not later than 72 hours before order date. Orders cancelled later than 72 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

Are you inspected/ licensed?
We are fully licenced/ inspected by the Durham Region Health Department and hold valid food handling certification.
Why does my box/ board look different than the photos on your site/ social media?
Each order is uniquely handcrafted with seasonal and local fresh ingredients and therefore contents will vary, however the value of the order remains the same.
How far in advance should I place my order?
24 hours minimum is preferred. If you require an order sooner, please email or text us to confirm availability email@example.com or 416.522.2957
How should I handle/ store my order?
All orders must remain refrigerated until they are ready to be consumed and should be enjoyed within 24 hours or sooner of reception. We recommend allowing your order to come to room temperature (sit for 15 - 20 minutes) before enjoying so the cheeses can produce their greatest flavour. If storing in the fridge, please remove all ingredients that could become soggy- i.e.) breads, crackers, nuts etc.
Can I customize my order?
Almost always! We are happy to work with you to meet your dietary & nutritional needs. Please speak with us directly to confirm.
Can you make my order allergen free (i.e. nut/peanut/ soy/ shellfish/ sesame etc free)?
No. While we can ensure we attempt to avoid adding those specific ingredients, we cannot guarantee any form of allergy free. We work with all common food allergens in our environment and therefore any form of cross contamination could occur.
